We buy from Caribou County first. When we can't find a local producer for something Consumers want, we fall back to the suppliers below, in this order.

Local Providers in Caribou County
Farmers, gardeners, ranchers, and other neighbors who sign up as Providers. If someone here grows or raises it, we want to buy it here.

Distributors, direct at wholesale
As more Consumers join and pool our money, we plan to buy straight from distributors at wholesale prices.

Rainy Day Foods and CHEF’STORE
For reliable bulk staples, out of Montpelier and Idaho Falls, respectively.

WinCo
For single products when wholesale prices are high or a product is hard to get.
Specialty purchasing
Some food needs its own supplier:
- Produce: Grasmick
- Meat: local ranchers
- Frozen goods: regional distributors
